After more than 28 years working as a Paediatric Nurse, Senior Leader, Matron, and Registered Manager, I founded Paediatric Training Solutions with a clear purpose: to help improve the quality, safety, and confidence of those caring for children and young people with complex healthcare needs.
Throughout my career, I saw first-hand the challenges faced by healthcare providers, schools, and care organisations supporting children with additional medical needs. I recognised a growing need for practical, evidence-based training that not only develops clinical skills but also gives professionals the confidence to provide safe, compassionate, and effective care.
